Practical information for the conference delegates

 
 
During the conference, the conference delegates will be staying at Aysel Sabuncu Yaşam Merkezi (ASYM from now on) in the Middle East Technical University campus for two nights (for the nights of 12 December and 13 September). All the expenses of accommodation are covered by Research Turkey. The transportation from your accommodation to the conference venue will be provided twice a day by METU shuttles. Please find the information on the times of shuttle buses below:
On the 13th September:
9:00-from ASYM to conference venue (the bus will be waiting in front of the building)
17:30-from conference venue to ASYM (the bus will be waiting in the car park of Cultural &Convention Centre)
19:30-from ASYM to the restaurant (the bus will be waiting in front of the building)
22:30-from the restaurant to ASYM (the bus will be waiting in front of the building)
On the 14th September:
9:30- from ASYM to conference venue (the bus will be waiting in front of the building)
17:30- from conference venue to ASYM (the bus will be waiting in the car park of Cultural &Convention Centre)
